Wills, Trusts and Estates

Wills, Trusts and Estates deal with separate topics under the law, but are often grouped together under the same legal umbrella. However there are separate and distinct reasons you would retain an attorney. On one hand, there are proactive matters to address about one's own personal estate, such as the preparation of a Will, Health Care Proxy (Living Will), Power of Attorney, Estate Planning, and Trusts documents. The other side of the coin, so to speak, address reactive issues, such as matters dealing with the Probate or Adminstration of Estates following the death of a loved one.
